Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie

Nell'ambito del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie deliberato dall'assemblea degli azionisti l'8 maggio 2024 e avviato il 19 dicembre 2024, Sabaf S.p.A. comunica che nel periodo tra il 27 gennaio 2025 e il 31 gennaio 2025 ha acquistato complessivamente n. 6.563 azioni Sabaf ad un prezzo medio unitario di 14,4806 euro per azione e per un controvalore complessivo pari a 95.319,75 euro.

Update on the execution of the buy-back programme

With reference to the buy-back programme approved by the shareholders on 8 May 2024 and launched on 19 December 2024, Sabaf S.p.A. informs that in the period between 27 January 2025 and 31 January 2025 acquired no. 6,563 treasury shares at an average unit price of € 14.4806 per share, for a total amount of € 95,319.75.
