IWS: First day of trading on Euronext Oslo Børs

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Integrated Wind Solutions ASA ("IWS" or the "Company") on 28 January 2025 regarding the successfully placed offering of new shares in the Company in connection with the uplisting to Euronext Oslo Børs (the "Offering").

As of today, 3 February 2025, all of the Company’s shares are tradable on Euronext Oslo Børs under the ticker "IWS" and ISIN NO 0013461350.

Lars-Henrik Røren, CEO of IWS, commented:

“IWS has undergone a remarkable transformation since ordering its first two CSOV newbuildings in January 2021, later increasing to six. Three CSOVs are now in operation and continue to deliver exceptional performance for our clients. We will celebrate the naming ceremony of the fourth, IWS Starwalker, in Denmark this week, and the remaining two CSOVs are scheduled for delivery later this year.
