B.F. S.P.A.: APPOINTMENT OF DOMENICO PIMPINELLA AS GENERAL MANAGER

B.F. S.p.A. ("BF" or the "Company") has announced that, from the 1st of February 2025, Mr Domenico Pimpinella will take on the role of General Manager of the Company.

"The appointment of the General Manager will strengthen the internal organization in response to the rapid developments associated with the execution of the 2023-2027 industrial plan" commented BF's CEO, Federico Vecchioni.
