CHANGE IN NUMBER OF SHARES AND VOTES IN ALLIGATOR BIOSCIENCE

During the month of January, the number of shares and votes in Alligator Bioscience AB has changed as a result of the exercise of warrants series TO 9 that were issued in connection with the rights issue of units resolved by the Board of Directors on 8 February 2024 and approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 14 March 2024.

As of 31 January 2025, the number of shares in Alligator Bioscience AB amounts to 760,487,243 shares, of which 759,708,074 are ordinary shares with one vote each and 779,169 are series C shares with 1/10 vote each. The total number of votes in the company amounts to 759,785,990.9.
