Nurminen Logistics Plc (Nasdaq Helsinki: NLG1V) ("Nurminen Logistics", the "Company") has January 30, 2025, received notification in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act ("SMA") from Juha Nurminen.

According to the notifications, the holdings of JN Uljas Oy, controlled by Juha Nurminen, in the Company have diluted on January 29, 2025.

The total position of Juha Nurminen and JN Uljas Oy in the Company's shares and votes according to the notification is as follows: 7,859,132 shares.
