Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Integrated Wind Solutions ASA ("IWS" or the "Company") on 28 January 2025 regarding the successfully placed retail offering (the “Offering”) of 810,800 new shares (the "Offer Shares") in the Company.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the Offer Shares in the Offering has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following this, the share capital of the Company is NOK 79,910,116 divided into 39,955,058 shares, each with a par value of NOK 2.00.

The Offer Shares are expected to be delivered to applicants in the VPS on the new ISIN NO 0013461350 on or about 3 February 2025, subject to timely payment having been received. The Offer Shares will be tradable on Euronext Oslo Børs following commencement of trading in the Company's shares on Euronext Oslo Børs and delivery of the Offer Shares to applicants in the VPS, expected on or about 3 February 2025.
