In conformity with disclosure requirements, B.F. S.p.A. notifies the following financial calendar for the year 2025:

Board of Directors for the approval of the draft financial statements and the consolidated financial statements at 31 December 2024	April 10th
Annual Shareholders' Meeting for approval of the financial statements at 31 December 2024	May 22nd
Board of Directors for the approval of the half-year finan cial report at 30 June 2025	September 30th
