The number of shares and votes in Rusta AB (publ) ("Rusta") as of today amounts to 153,528,969.

The number of shares and votes in Rusta changed in January due to the exercise of warrants of series 2020:1 for subscription for a total of total 1,736,169 new shares. The exercise of the warrants was registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office on 3 January 2025.
