2025 Corporate Events Calendar
Milan, 30 January 2025 - In compliance with article 2.6.2., paragraph 1, letter b) of the Rules of the Markets Organised and Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., following the press release of 30 January 2017, Banco BPM S.p.A. herewith announces its calendar of corporate events for the year 2025, as specified below:
| 11 February 2025 | Approval of the draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements for the year 2024 and proposal for the allocation of the result |

| 13 March 2025 | Approval of the Annual Financial Report including the draft financial statements of the Parent Company and the consolidated financial statements for the year 2024 |
| 30 April 2025 | Shareholders' Meeting |
| 7 May 2025 | Approval of additional periodic information as at 31 March 2025 |
| 5 August 2025 | Approval of the half-year report as at 30 June 2025 |
| 6 November 2025 | Approval of additional periodic information as at 30 September 2025 |
Pursuant to article 12.1 of the company articles of association, the Board of Directors has specified that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be convened in the city of Milan.
It is also announced that the Board of Directors, as part of meeting on 11 February 2025, will also approve the update of the Strategic Plan, consistent with what has already been communicated to the market on November 26 and December 17, 2024.
On occasion of the approval of Banco BPM Group results for the period, these shall be announced through the dissemination of a special press release within which, among other things, useful indications will be provided for the participation in the respective conference calls for the presentation of the results to the financial community.

In compliance with the provisions to article IA.2.1.3 of the Instructions to the Rules of the Markets Organised and Managed by Borsa Italiana, please note that the dividend subject to deliberation would be paid in May 2025, while an interim dividend on future dividends would be paid in November 2025. It must be emphasised that the afore-mentioned information is provided solely for the purposes of compliance with the provisions of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and that, therefore, it can in no way be interpreted as a prediction that the conditions will be met for the distribution of dividends.
