REVO Insurance: Board of Directors not present its own list for board renewal

Verona, 30th January 2025 - REVO Insurance S.p.A. ("REVO" or the "Company") announces that the today Board of Directors, considering the new provisions introduced by the so-called "DDL capitali" with particular regard to the Board of Directors' renewal and pending their first application, as well as in the absence of an established practice on the matter and guidance from the Regulator, resolved not to proceed with the presentation of its own list of candidates for the renewal scheduled at the Shareholders' Meeting set for 28th April 2025.

The Company, in the coming weeks, in compliance with the regulatory provisions and the relevant timelines provided, will make available to the public - on the Company's website and on the storage mechanism -the Guidance for the shareholders on the dimensions and composition of the Board of Directors of REVO's Board of Directors as well as the operating procedures for submitting lists by eligible Shareholders.
