GIGLIO GROUP S.p.A.: PUBLICATION OF THE 2025 ANNUAL CALENDAR OF CORPORATE EVENTS
Rome, January 29, 2025 – Giglio Group S.p.A. (Ticker GG) ("Giglio Group" or the "Company"), pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 2.6.2 of the Regulations of the Organized Markets Managed by the Italian Stock Exchange, hereby publishes the 2025 Annual Calendar of Corporate Events.
The scheduled dates are as follows:
- April 15, 2025: Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the Draft Financial Statement as of December 31, 2024.
- June 13, 2025: Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the Financial Statement as of December 31, 2024.
- September 26, 2025: Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the Half-Year Financial Report as of June 30, 2025.
The Annual Calendar of Corporate Events is also available on the Company's website at www.giglio.org in the Investor Relations section. Any changes will be communicated promptly.
