FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2025

Rome, 29 January 2025 – Pursuant to Article 2.6.2 of the Rules of the Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., Rai Way S.p.A. (Rai Way), digital infrastructure operator and a provider of services for media content distribution, announces the financial calendar for the year 2025:

30 April 2025 (single call)	General Shareholder's Meeting for the approval of the Financial Statement as of December 31, 2024
14 May	Board of Directors meeting for the approval of First Quarter results as of
2025	March 31, 2025
31 July	Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the Half Year Financial
2025	Statement as of June 30, 2025
13 November	Board of Directors meeting for the approval of Third Quarter results as of
2025	September 30, 2025

Conference calls with the financial community are scheduled to be held alongside the Board of Directors' meetings approving results. Details concerning time and way of participation will be announced as soon as available.

Any amendment to the above calendar will be promptly communicated to the market.
