Public Property Invest ASA successfully increases NOK senior unsecured bond by NOK 100m

Reference is made to the stock exchange release sent earlier today regarding a

new NOK unsecured bond. Public Property Invest ASA ("PPI") has increased the

issue by NOK 100m to NOK 300m.

Following the increase, PPI has today issued a total of NOK 300m and SEK 250m

bonds with 3-year tenors. The senior unsecured bonds have been priced with a

floating rate of 3mN+175 bps and 3mS+174 bps respectively.

"We are very pleased with today's bond issues, and we continue to improve our

credit margins. We are a relatively new company on the stock exchange and with

our solid BBB Investment Grade rating we see potential for further

improvements going forward", say André Gaden, CEO of PPI

The bonds have been issued under PPI's newly established EUR 2bn EMTN

programme dated 25 November 2024. The net proceeds from the bond will be used

for general corporate purposes.

Nordea acted as sole arranger in connection with the successful transactions.
