Paris, 16th March 2012 – NYSE Euronext, Inc. informs its European stockholders its annual report on Form 10-K for its fiscal year ended December 31, 2011, filed on February 29, 2012 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"), is available on its website. This release is being issued as required by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF).
