Presentazione della domanda di composizione negoziata della crisi, ai sensi degli artt. 12 e ss. del Codice della Crisi
Torino (TO), 28 gennaio 2025 - OSAI Automation System S.p.A. S.B. (Ticker OSA), società attiva nella progettazione e produzione di macchine e linee complete per l'automazione e il testing su semiconduttori, facendo seguito al comunicato pubblicato in data 25 gennaio 2025, comunica che in data 27 gennaio 2025 è stata presentata la domanda di composizione negoziata della crisi, ai sensi degli artt. 12 e ss. del Codice della Crisi.

Osai Automation System S.p.A. Società Benefit, fondata nel 1991 da Carlo Ferrero, è attiva a livello worldwide nella progettazione e produzione di macchine e linee complete per l'automazione, sistemi con tecnologia Laser, di testing su semiconduttori e per l'industria elettronica. Il Gruppo, con sede operativa a Parella (TO), occupa più di 200 dipendenti ed opera prevalentemente attraverso 4 divisioni: Automazione, Elettronica&Laser Applicato, Semiconduttori e After-sales. Submission of the request for negotiated settlement of the crisis, pursuant to art. 12 et seq. of the Crisis Code
Turin (TO), January 28th, 2025 - OSAI Automation System S.p.A. S.B. (Ticker OSA), a company that operates in the field of design and production of machines and complete lines for automation and testing on semiconductors, further to the press release published on January 25th, 2025, informs that on January 27th, 2025, an application for negotiated crisis settlement was filed, pursuant to Article 12 et seq. of the Italian Code of Crisis Resolution.
