INFORMATION RELATING TO CGG COMBINED GENERAL MEETING OF MAY 29, 2015

PARIS, France – May 7, 2015

CGG (ISIN: 0000120164 – NYSE: CGG) The Combined General Meeting of CGG will be held on May 29, 2015 at the auditorium of the Centre Etoile Saint-Honoré, 21-25 rue Balzac, 75008 Paris at 9:30 am.

Notices for the Combined General Meeting are published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires. The preliminary notice of meeting was published on April 20, 2015 (Bulletin n°47) and the notice of meeting was published on May 6, 2015 (Bulletin n° 54).

Holders of bearer shares can also obtain the documents related to the meeting from their financial intermediary.

Holders of registered shares will be directly invited to attend the meeting by BNP Paribas Securities Services.
