Levallois, July 25, 2019,
On July 18, 2019, on the basis of an independent appraisal, the Board of Directors of Compagnie Plastic Omnium authorized the sale of the group's real estate office property .
On July 24, 2019, on the basis of a different independent appraisal, the Board of Directors of Burelle SA, Plastic Omnium's holding company, authorized Sofiparc, a wholly-owned company, to acquire those assets.
The parties agreed on a value of 128.5 million euros for those tertiary real estate assets.
This transaction is due to be completed in the second half of 2019. It contributes to Plastic Omnium's asset portfolio rationalization, externalizing the value of its non industrial real estate assets into the dedicated structure of Burelle SA. Plastic Omnium pursues its growth as an automotive pure player, for a clean and connected mobility, with strengthened financial means after the transaction's completion.
