Executive leadership team changes to accelerate Group synergies

Board of Directors appoints Fernando Rodés as Chairman and Andrea Monge as Chief Executive Officer

Madrid, October 29, 2019 - 8am - The Antevenio Group (ISIN ES0109429037, PEA-PME eligible), the marketing content and technology market leader in Southern Europe and the Americas, is announcing that the Board of Directors appointed Fernando Rodés as Chairman and Andrea Monge as Chief Executive Officer on October 28, replacing Pablo Pérez Garcia-Villoslada and Fernando Gárate.

Fernando Rodés and Andrea Monge are also respectively Executive President and Chief Operating Officer of the ISP communications group, Antevenio's majority shareholder. Their arrival to head up Antevenio will help accelerate the deployment of synergies with the Group's other subsidiaries. The commercial, technological and organizational synergies being looked into today will be covered by specific actions that will be presented to the market in the first quarter of 2020.

About Andrea Monge

Andrea is COO of ISP Holdings. She has been working since 2016 for ISP Group, as Business Development and Strategy Director for the Rebold subsidiary. She was Vice President of Antevenio since July 2019.

Prior to ISPD, she worked at the Global Intelligence Department of Havas Media, dedicated to developing and implementing advanced solutions in the fields of business & consumer insights, and strategic planning. Before joining Havas, she collaborated with several international organizations and NGOs including the United Nations, the American Museum of Natural History, the Rainforest Alliance, and the Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel. Andrea holds a BSc. in Biology from James Cook University in Australia, and an M.A. in Environmental Studies from New York University. She also has an Executive MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona. Andrea was born in Mexico and has lived in 6 countries across 4 continents.
