CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE

Pursuant to section 3.59 of the LuSE Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of ZCCM Investments Holdings Plc (the "Board") announce the retirement of Mr Fredson Yamba as a Director on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 9 September 2021.

The Board of Directors would like to thank Mr Yamba for his efforts and significant contributions to the Company over the past years including being a non-executive member of the Remuneration Committee. The Company wishes him well for the future.

The shareholders will be informed of a replacement appointment (i.e. new director) in due course.
