OPmobility SE 2025 Financial Calendar

2025 publication dates for OPmobility SE's results have been set as follows, for publication before market:

• 2024 annual results: Thursday February 20, 2025
• 2025 first quarter revenue: Wednesday April 23, 2025
• 2025 half-year results: Thursday July 24, 2025
• 2025 third quarter revenue: Thursday October 23, 2025

The General shareholders' Meeting will take place on Thursday April 24, 2025.

The presentations will be webcasted live and will also be available on replay on the Company's website (www.opmobility.com).
