Exclusive negotiation with C2AI company

On December 17, 2024, Thermador Groupe entered into exclusive negotiations with the shareholders of MMT company, 530 chemin des Têts, 38 540 VALENCIN (Isère-France), for the acquisition of 100% of the shares of C2AI company, whose head office is located at Décines (Rhône), through the acquisition of 100% of the shares of its parent company MMT.

C2AI company specialises in the development, manufacture and distribution of fluid control and environmental measurement equipment to a wide range of industrial customers.

In 2023, its turnover amounted to €10.3m and its EBITDA €1.162m. It employs 45 people in France, of whom 33 are based in the Lyon area.

Its products, solutions and technical services are a perfect complement to those of Sectoriel and Distrilabo, which also operate on the vast French market for industrial instrumentation, regulation and fluid control.

Gilles Marchand, founder of C2AI, aged 60, would remain CEO of the company for 5 years to continue the development of the business and facilitate its integration into Thermador Groupe.

The signing of the memorandum of understanding could take place before the end of the first half of 2025.
