Change in the composition of the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors noted the resignation of Mr. Stéphane Israël from his position as Director of Carrefour, due to new requirements related to his professional development, with effect from January 6, 2025. Mr. Alexandre Bompard, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and the members of the Board of Directors warmly thank Mr. Stéphane Israël for his decisive contribution to the work of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee, which he has chaired since June 2018, and as Lead Independent Director since June 2020. They wish him all the best in his new professional projects.
