Transfer of 9% of Thermador Groupe's capital within the Dutreil pact

By e-mail received on January 6, 2025, Investmentaktiengesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV (Rüngsdorfer Str. 2 e, 53173 Bonn, Germany) declared that on December 30, 2024 it had fallen below the 5% threshold of THERMADOR GROUPE's capital and voting rights, and that it no longer held any shares in the company.

This resulted from the transfer of 827,668 THERMADOR GROUPE shares from Investmentaktiengesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV to Mr Norman Rentrop in the context of a redemption in kind.

At the same time, and also by e-mail received on January 6, 2025, Mr Norman Rentrop declared that on December 30, 2024 he had crossed the threshold of 5% of the capital and voting rights of THERMADOR GROUPE, now holding 827,669 shares.

In line with the announcement made on October 2, 2024, these 827,669 shares are still a part of the Dutreil Pact, representing 25.14% of the share capital of Thermador Groupe.
