FINCANTIERI: APPROVAL OF THE CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR FOR 2025

The Board of Directors of FINCANTIERI S.p.A., convened on January 23, 2025 under the chairmanship of Biagio Mazzotta, has approved the annual calendar of corporate events for the year 2025 as follows:

March 24, 2025	Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the dratt tinancial statements of FINCANTIERI S.p.A. and of the Consolidated financial statements at December 31, 2024
May 12, 2025	Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the interim financial information at March 31, 2025
Date between May 13 and May 21, 2025	Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the approval of the financial statements of FINCANTIERI S.p.A. at December 31, 2024
July 30, 2025	Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the half-year financial report at June 30, 2025
November 12, 2025	Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the interim financial information at September 30, 2025

The conference calls related to the approval of the interim financial results and the interim financial information will be held either on the same day following the approval by the Board of Directors. The details regarding each conference call will be communicated in due time.

Pursuant to the reporting obligations set forth in the Instructions to the Rules of the Markets Organised and Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (Title IA.2, Section IA.2.1, Article IA.2.1.3), with reference to the distribution of dividend for the Financial Year 2024, if any, the coupon detachment month will be June 2025. This information cannot be interpreted or considered in any way as a forecast on the occurrence of the requirements for the distribution of dividends relating to the 2024 Financial Year or the following years.
