CYBEROO S.P.A. Approvato il calendario finanziario 2025

Reggio Emilia, 22 gennaio 2025 – Cyberoo S.p.A. ("Società"), Pmi innovativa quotata sul mercato Euronext Growth Milan, specializzata in cyber security per le imprese, rende noto, ai sensi dell'art. 17 del Regolamento Emittenti Euronext Growth Milan, che in data odierna il Consiglio di Amministrazione della Società ha approvato il seguente calendario finanziario per l'anno 2025.

28 marzo 2025	Incontro con investitori per comunicare i risultati annuali
28 aprile e 29 aprile 2025	Assemblea degli Azionisti (1° e 2° convocazione) per l'approvazione del progetto di bilancio d'esercizio chiuso al 31 dicembre 2024
25 settembre 2025	Riunione del Consiglio di Amministrazione per approvazione della relazione finanziaria semestrale al 30 giugno 2025, sottoposta volontariamente a revisione contabile limitata
26 settembre 2025	Incontro con investitori per comunicare i risultati semestrali

CYBEROO S.P.A. Approved the 2025 Financial Calendar

Reggio Emilia, January 22nd, 2025 – Cyberoo S.p.A. ("Società"), innovative SME listed on the EGM market of Borsa Italiana, specializing in cyber security for enterprises, announces, pursuant to Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulation, that today the Company Board of Directors approved the following financial calendar for the year 2025.

March 27th, 2025	Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the draft financial statements and the consolidated financial statements as of December 31st, 2024
March 28th, 2025	Meeting with investors to communicate the annual results
April 28th and April 29th, 2025	Shareholders' Meeting (1st and 2nd call) for the approval of the draft financial statements as of December 31st, 2024
September 25th, 2025	Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the half year financial report as of June 30th, 2025, voluntarily subjected to limited audit review
September 26th, 2025	Meeting with investors to communicate the half-year results
