CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR 2025 APPROVED
Rome, 22nd January 2025 - The Board of Directors of La SIA S.p.A. ('La SIA' or the 'Company'), a company active in the engineering & design sector, listed on Euronext Growth Milan, in accordance with the provisions of Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulations, today approved the calendar of corporate events for fiscal year 2025, as follows:

The Company
La SIA S.p.A. is a company active in the engineering and design sector, specializing in the design of critical infrastructures in the fields of telecommunications, civil construction, mobility infrastructure and energy plants, through the use of cutting-edge technologies and specific know-how.
