Extension of charter contract for IWS Skywalker

Integrated Wind Solutions ASA (“IWS”) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, IWS Fleet AS, has secured an extension of the charter contract of approximately twelve months for the Commissioning Service Operation Vessel (“CSOV”) IWS Skywalker. The charter is scheduled to commence at the end of Q2 2026, in direct continuation of the current charter contracts.

Based on the latest reported backlog as of Q3 2024, this contract represents an increase of more than 20% in the value of the backlog.
