Landi Renzo: Filing of minutes of shareholders' meeting
Cavriago (RE), January 21, 2025 - Landi Renzo S.p.A. announces that the minutes of the ordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on October 31, 2024 are available to the public at the company's registered office, on the company's website (www.landirenzogroup.com, Investors section) and on the "eMarket Storage" mechanism ().
