The Board of the Company announces that Ekaterina (Katya) Thomson has resigned as a non-executive director, with immediate effect.

The Board would like to express its gratitude to Katya for her invaluable contributions to the Company since its launch in October 2018.  Her guidance as Chair of the Audit Committee has been greatly appreciated.  We extend our best wishes to her for the future.

Margaret Stephens will be appointed as the new Chair of the Audit Committee. Margaret is a Chartered Accountant and an experienced Audit Chair. 

The process to identify and appoint a new non-executive director(s) is at an advanced stage, and we will provide further updates in due course.
