BOLOGNAFIERE SPA: FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2025

BolognaFiere S.p.A., company listed on the Professional segment of the Euronext Growth Milan market, organised and managed by Borsa Italiana, announces – according to Article 17 of the EGM Issuers' Regulations – the calendar of corporate events for the 2025 financial year as follows:

March	Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the draft financial statements and the
27, 2025	consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024
April 29, 2025	Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024, in the first call (second call on April 30, 2025)
September 25,	Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the consolidated half-year financial report
2025	as of June 30, 2025, voluntarily subjected to limited audit.
