MONDO TV: emessi 10 bond convertibili per un controvalore di Euro 1.250.000 relativi alla quarta tranche dell'accordo di investimento con CLG Capital LLC approvato dall'assemblea lo scorso 11 dicembre 2023

20 gennaio 2025 – Facendo seguito a quanto già comunicato in data 30 dicembre, si informa che in data odierna sono stati emessi 10 Bond della quarta tranche di cui all'accordo di investimento tra la Mondo TV S.p.A. e CLG Capital LLC approvato dall'assemblea della Mondo TV lo scorso 11 dicembre 2023.

Si rammenta che la quarta tranche ha ad oggetto 10 Bond di valore nominale unitario di euro 125.000, per un controvalore complessivo di Euro 1.250.000; pertanto non residuano ulteriori Bond da emettere in relazione alla stessa tranche.

Con l'emissione della quarta tranche residuano ulteriori massime 2 tranches da emettere, su richiesta di Mondo TV, per un totale di massimi 16 ulteriori Bond per un controvalore di Eur 2.000.000.

Il fabbisogno finanziario netto complessivo dell'emittente, considerati i debiti di qualsiasi natura per i 12 mesi successivi alla data dell'emissione è stimato in circa euro 2,5 milioni.

MONDO TV: Issuance of 10 Convertible Bonds with a Total Value of 1,250,000 Relating to the Fourth Tranche of the Investment Agreement with CLG Capital LLC Approved by the Shareholders' Meeting on December 11, 2023

January 20, 2025 – Following the communication made on December 30, 2024, we inform that today a total of 10 convertible bonds have been issued relating to the fourth tranche of the investment agreement between Mondo TV S.p.A. and CLG Capital LLC, approved by the Mondo TV shareholders' meeting on December 11, 2023.

As a reminder, the fourth tranche consists of 10 bonds with a nominal value of 125,000 each, for a total value of 1,250,000. Therefore, no further bonds remain to be issued under this tranche.

With the issuance of the fourth tranche, a maximum of 2 additional tranches remain to be issued upon Mondo TV's request, consisting of up to 16 additional bonds with a total value of 2,000,000.

The total estimated net financial requirement of the issuer, considering any debts for the 12 months following the issuance date, is approximately 2.5 million.
