Trezzo sull'Adda (MI), 17 gennaio 2025 – Il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Cofle S.p.A. (EGM: CFL) - azienda leader nella progettazione, produzione e commercializzazione a livello mondiale di sistemi di comando e control cables per il settore off-road vehicles, automotive e after market automotive – riunitosi in data odierna, ha approvato, in conformità agli obblighi informativi previsti dall'art. 17 del Regolamento Emittenti Euronext Growth Milan, il calendario degli eventi societari relativi all'esercizio 2025.

28 MARZO 2025

Consiglio di Amministrazione per l'approvazione del progetto di Bilancio d'esercizio al 31.12.24 e del Bilancio Consolidato al 31.12.24.

29 APRILE 2025

Assemblea ordinaria degli Azionisti per l'approvazione del Bilancio d'esercizio al 31.12.24 e presentazione del Bilancio Consolidato al 31.12.24.

29 SETTEMBRE 2025

Consiglio di Amministrazione per l'approvazione della Relazione Finanziaria Semestrale Consolidata al 30.06.2025.

Trezzo sull'Adda (MI), January 17, 2025 – The Board of Directors of Cofle S.p.A. (EGM: CFL) – a leading company in the design, production, and worldwide marketing of control systems and control cables for offroad vehicles, automotive, and automotive aftermarket sectors – met today and approved, in compliance with the disclosure obligations set forth by Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulations, the schedule of corporate events for the 2025 financial year.

• March 28, 2025

Board of Directors' meeting to approve the draft Separate Financial Statements as of December 31, 2024, and the Consolidated Financial Statements as of December 31, 2024.

• April 29, 2025

Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting to approve the Separate Financial Statements as of December 31, 2024, and to present the Consolidated Financial Statements as of December 31, 2024.

• September 29, 2025

Board of Directors' meeting to approve the Consolidated Half-Year Financial Report as of June 30, 2025.

Any changes will be promptly disclosed to the market.
