DSRT: Share capital increase registered

Sandnes, Norway, 09 January 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange

release by Desert Control AS ("Desert Control" or the "Company") published on 6

January 2025. The issuance of 120,000 new shares has been registered with the

Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. After the registration, Desert

Control's share capital is NOK 161,243.93 divided into 53,747,977 shares, each

with a nominal value of NOK 0.003,- and carrying one vote in the Company's

general meeting.
