FILING OF THE MINUTES OF THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING HELD ON 18 DECEMBER 2024 AND OF THE UPDATED ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION

Rome, 17 January 2025 - Rai Way S.p.A. announces that the minutes of Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 18 December 2024 are available for consultation by the public at its registered offices in Rome, via Teulada 66, and published on its website www.raiway.it (Governance/Shareholders' Meetings/Extraordinary Meeting 2024/Documentation) as well as on the authorized warehouse mechanism 1lnfo (www.1lnfo.it).

lt is also announced that on 16 January 2025 the updated version of the Articles of Association has been registered in the Companies' Register of Rome. The updated version of the Articles of Association, with evidence of the modification approved by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 18 December 2024, is available for consultation by the public at the Company's registered offices in Rome, via Teulada 66, and published on the its website www.raiway.it (Governance/Shareholders' Meetings/Extraordinary Meeting 2024/Documentation) as well as on the authorized warehouse mechanism 1lnfo (www.1lnfo.it).
