FILING OF THE MINUTES OF THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF 20 DECEMBER 2024 AND UPDATED BY-LAWS
Colleferro (Rome), 17 January 2025 – Avio S.p.A. informs that the minutes of the Shareholders' Meeting held on 20 December 2024 and the updated By-laws – as amended by the Shareholders' meeting - are available to the public at the company's registered office in Rome, Via Leonida Bissolati No. 76, on the company's website (www.avio.com, sections "Corporate Governance" and "Investors/Shareholders' Meeting 2024") as well as at the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" ().

Avio is a leading international group engaged in the construction and development of space launchers and solid, liquid and cryogenic propulsion systems. The experience and know-how built up over more than 50 years puts Avio at the cutting-edge of the space launcher sector and defense program. Avio is present in Italy, France, United States and France Guyana with 5 facilities, employing approx. 1,400 highly qualified personnel, of which approx. 30% involved in research and development.
