Cavriago (RE), January 16, 2025 - The 2025 calendar of Board and Shareholders' Meetings for the approval of the accounting data is shown below.
| March 12, 2025 | Review and approval of the draft of Separate Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2024 |

The Board of Directors furthermore anticipated that the Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2024 will be held on April 28, 2025
The Company, availing itself of the right to avoid the release of the additional periodic financial information relating to the fourth quarter of 2024, will make the Annual Financial Report available to the public within 90 days of the end of the financial year, in compliance with current law and regulations.
Any eventual changes to the Financial Agenda will be released as soon as practicable.
