B&C Speakers S.p.A.:
Bagno a Ripoli (Fi), January 14, 2025 – B&C Speakers S.p.A., one of the leading international operators in the design, production, distribution, and commercialization of electroacoustic transducers for professional use, announces that the 2024 financial year, based on the currently available preliminary data, which have not yet been reviewed by auditors, will report consolidated revenues of approximately 100 million euros, marking an increase (+6.4%) compared to the figure achieved in 2023, which was 94 million euros.
It is noted that 2024 was the first full fiscal year in which the contribution of the newly consolidated Eminence Speakers LLC, whose 2024 revenue is expected to be around 7.5 million euros, and B&C Speakers Dongguan, with an expected 2024 revenue of around 6.1 million euros, was fully reflected. As for the Group's companies operating under the "B&C" and "18s" brands, 2024 revenue is expected to reach approximately 87 million euros, a slight decrease (-4.9%) compared to the 2023 figure of 91.5 million euros.
CEO Lorenzo Coppini comments on the preliminary figures:
"Achieving 100 million in revenue in the past year represents a key milestone in the group's growth path, in a market environment complicated by the ongoing international tensions and a sharp slowdown in domestic Chinese demand. This is almost entirely responsible for the slight decline in revenue for the parent company, which, however, has managed to maintain excellent levels of profitability. The positive trend in order intake during the last quarter and the steady approval of the group's products in high-end audio systems, which will soon be launched on the market, are solid foundations for looking at the current year with strong motivation."
B&C Speakers S.p.A. is one of the leading international operators in the design, production, distribution, and commercialization of electroacoustic transducers for professional use (the key components of loudspeakers for music reproduction, commonly known as speakers), primarily intended for OEMs (original equipment manufacturers) producing finished professional audio systems. With approximately 347 employees, of which about 12% are in the Research and Development department, B&C Speakers carries out all design, production, commercialization, and quality control activities at its facilities in Florence, Reggio Emilia, Eminence (KY-USA), and Dongguan (CN) under the Group's brands: B&C, 18SOUND, EMINENCE, and CIARE. Most products are developed based on the specific needs of key clients. B&C Speakers is also present in the USA and Brazil through two wholly-owned subsidiaries engaged in commercial activities.
