Important events to be reported:

Errata to the Shareholding structure and total number of voting rights as at 31 December 2024

The shareholding structure and total number of voting rights at the level of Fondul Proprietatea SA (the "Fund") as of 31 December 2024, as received from Depozitarul Central S.A., published on the Fund's webpage on 10 January 2025, here, contains a typo error in what concerns footnotes no. 2 and no. 4, which shall be read correctly as follows:

2. 355,642,723 treasury shares acquired in 2024 within the 15th buyback program (either in the form of shares and/or GDRs).

4. Out of BNY holding, the GDRs held by Fondul Proprietatea were excluded, namely 0 Global Depository Receipts (0 shares equivalent).

Instead of:

2. 86,304,088 treasury shares were acquired by the Fund within the 15th buyback programme (either in the form of shares and/or GDRs).

4. Out of BNY holding, the GDRs held by Fondul Proprietatea were excluded, namely 14,061 Global Depository Receipts (703,050 shares equivalent).

The current report of the shareholding structure and the total number of voting rights of the Fund as at 31 December 2024, both Romanian and English versions, shall not undergo any other changes.
