Bologna, 13 January 2025 - Marzocchi Pompe S.p.A. (EGM:MARP), a leading company in the design, manufacturing and marketing of high-performance gear pumps and motors, announces that the next Board of Directors meeting, convened for Friday 17 January 2025, will approve:

1. The Calendar of Corporate Events for the year 2025.

2. The Preliminary Consolidated Data for the year 2024, i.e. Net Revenues and Net Financial Position.

The shareholding structure also includes CEO Gabriele Bonfiglioli and three other managers. Production is carried out entirely in Italy at the two sites in Casalecchio di Reno (BO) and Zola Predosa (BO).
