Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie

Nell'ambito del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie deliberato dall'assemblea degli azionisti l'8 maggio 2024 e avviato il 19 dicembre 2024, Sabaf S.p.A. comunica che nel periodo tra il 6 gennaio 2025 e il 10 gennaio 2025 ha acquistato complessivamente n. 5.569 azioni Sabaf ad un prezzo medio unitario di 15,4549 euro per azione e per un controvalore complessivo pari a 86.119,09 euro.

Update on the execution of the buy-back programme

With reference to the buy-back programme approved by the shareholders on 8 May 2024 and launched on 19 December 2024, Sabaf S.p.A. informs that in the period between 6 January 2025 and 10 January 2025 acquired no. 5,569 treasury shares at an average unit price of € 15.4549 per share, for a total amount of € 86,119.09.
