LINDBERGH S.p.A.: COMUNICAZIONE DI VARIAZIONE DEL CAPITALE SOCIALE A SEGUITO DELLA CHIUSURA DEL TERZO PERIODO DI ESERCIZIO "WARRANT LINDBERGH 2021- 2024"

Pescarolo ed Uniti (CR), 9 gennaio 2025 - Lindbergh S.p.A. (EGM:LDB), Gruppo che offre servizi nei settori MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations), HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) ed Economia Circolare, comunica la composizione del nuovo capitale sociale interamente sottoscritto e versato, a seguito dell'assegnazione di 1.243.485 Azioni ordinarie Lindbergh di nuova emissione, conseguente all'esercizio di 2.486.970 Warrant nel corso del Terzo ed ultimo Periodo di Esercizio dei "Warrant Lindbergh 2021-2024", codice ISIN IT0005469207, ricompreso dal 5 dicembre fino al 20 dicembre 2024.

Si riporta di seguito la nuova composizione del capitale sociale (interamente sottoscritto e versato), a seguito dell'avvenuto deposito, presso il Registro delle Imprese di Cremona, delle attestazioni ai sensi dell'art. 2444, comma 1, c.c.:

NOTICE OF CHANGE IN SHARE CAPITAL AFTER THE END OF THE THIRD EXERCISE PERIOD OF "WARRANT LINDBERGH 2021-2024"

Pescarolo ed Uniti (CR), 9 January 2025 - Lindbergh S.p.A. (EGM:LDB), an Italy-based Group primarily engaged in providing services for MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations), HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) and Circular Economy segments, hereby announces the composition of the new share capital (fully subscribed and paid up) following the assignment of 1,243,485 newly issued Lindbergh Ordinary Shares, as a result of the exercise of 2,486,970 Warrants during the Third and Last Exercise Period of the 'Lindbergh Warrants 2021-2024', ISIN code IT0005469207, comprised from 5 December to 20 December 2024.

The following is the new composition of the share capital (fully subscribed and paid-up) following the deposit at the competent Register of Companies of Cremona, of the attestation pursuant to art. 2444, comma 1, Italian civil code:
