Nokian Tyres plc: Change in the composition of the Shareholders' Nomination Board

Nokian Tyres plc Stock Exchange Release January 7, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. EET Solidium Oy has appointed Petter Söderström as a new member of Nokian Tyres' Shareholders' Nomination Board. He will replace Pauli Anttila, who has left Solidium Oy.
