CYBEROO: RISOLUZIONE DELL'INCARICO DI SPECIALIST E CONFERIMENTO NUOVI INCARICHI

Reggio Emilia, 3 gennaio 2025 – Cyberoo S.p.A., PMI innovativa quotata sul mercato EGM di Borsa Italiana, specializzata in cyber security per le imprese, comunica, ai sensi dell'articolo 17 del Regolamento Emittenti Euronext Growth Milan, che ha risolto il contratto di Specialist con Intermonte S.p.A., la quale ricoprirà tale ruolo fino al 7 gennaio 2025.

L'incarico di Specialist è stato conferito a MIT SIM S.p.A. e avrà efficacia a far data dal 8 gennaio 2025. L'incarico di Corporate Broker è stato conferito ad Alantra.

CYBEROO: TERMINATION OF SPECIALIST APPOINTMENT AND CONFERRAL OF NEW APPOINTMENTS

Reggio Emilia, January 3rd, 2025 – Cyberoo S.p.A., innovative SME listed on the EGM market of Borsa Italiana, specializing in cyber security for enterprises, announces, pursuant to Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulation, that has terminated the Specialist contract with Intermonte S.p.A., which will hold this role until January 7th, 2025.

The appointment of Specialist has been conferred on MIT SIM S.p.A. and will be effective from January 8th, 2025. The position of Corporate Broker has been conferred to Alantra.
