New number of shares and votes in Powercell Sweden AB (publ)
The number of shares and votes in Powercell Sweden AB (publ) ("Powercell") has changed due to the recently completed directed share issue.
The directed share issue included the issuance of a total of 5,750,000 new shares, which were issued based on the authorization from the Annual General Meeting on April 25, 2024. For more information, please see Powercell's press release on December 11, 2024.
The 5,750,000 shares issued under the authorization have been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office and admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm, whereby the number of shares and votes in Powercell has increased by 5,750,000. As of the last trading day in December 2024, there are a total of 57,892,434 shares and 57,892,434 votes in Powercell
