January 2025 announcement

The public company, The Mall of Engomi (ME) Plc (the "Company") wishes to inform its shareholders, the investing public and any other interested party of the progress of the Company's business plan as presented in the Company's admission document dated 6 July 2015 (the "Business Plan").

The year 2024 marked a milestone for the Mall of Engomi, achieving a fully let status and delivering the best performance since its redevelopment. The addition of our main fashion anchor, KIABI, in combination to a fully let shopping center, unlocked the Mall's true potential, driving double-digit growth in both performance and foot traffic. These accomplishments highlight the effectiveness of our strategic approach and the Mall's growing appeal as a key shopping destination.
