mVISE AG: Changes in the Executive Board

With the end of his appointment to the Executive Board and the contractual end of the corresponding employment contract, Mr Cedric Balzar will leave both the company’s Executive Board and the company itself with effect from the end of 31 December 2024.

The Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board, Franziska Oelte, said: “On behalf of the entire Supervisory Board, I would like to thank Mr Balzar for his many years of successful work, his commitment to the company and the good cooperation. We all wish him all the best for the future and continued success.”

From 1 January 2025, mVISE AG will be managed by the Management Board, Mr Ralf Thomas (CEO), as the sole member of the Management Board.
