EMGS - Invitation to presentation of fourth quarter 2013 results

Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA's (EMGS) will release its fourth quarter 2013

results on Thursday 6 February 2014. CEO Roar Bekker and CFO Svein Knudsen will

present the results from 08:30 CET at KS Agenda møtesenter, Haakon VII's gate

9, Oslo. Breakfast will be served from 08:15.

The presentation will also be broadcasted live over the Internet, and the

webcast can be accessed on www.emgs.com.

The quarterly report and presentation will be available for download on EMGS's

website, www.emgs.com and the Oslo Stock Exchange, www.newsweb.no from about

07:30 CET on 6 February 2014.
