Notice of Annual General Meeting
Det norske oljeselskap ASA hereby convenes to the Annual General Meeting
Monday 7 April 2014 at 17:00 hours at Det norske's premises, Munkegata
26 in Trondheim.
Please find the Notice of Annual General Meeting attached. The Notice is
also available on the company's website: www.detnor.no/en. The 2013
Annual Report will be available on the website.
A printed version of the Notice will be sent by post to the company's
shareholders on 14 March 2014.
