NOTIFICATION OF TRADE AMONG PRIMARY INSIDERS

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements from DiaGenic

regarding the ongoing Rights Issue.

Today Ruben Ekbråten subscribed for 250,000 shares at NOK 0.50 per share

in the Rights Issue. After completion of the Rights Issue, Ekbråten will

increase his holding in the Company from 10,120 shares and 124,021

subscription rights, to minimum 134,141 shares and maximum 260,120

shares, subject to the results of the allocation of shares in the Rights

Issue.

The completion of the subscriptions in the Rights Issue will be

conditional upon registration of the increased share capital of the

Company in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
