Storm Real Estate ASA - approved annual accounts for 2013 and proposed dividends
The Board of Directors of Storm Real Estate ASA has on
Friday 4 April 2014 approved the annual accounts for
There has been no material changes to the preliminary
report made public on 13 February 2014.
The Board will proposed to the Annual General Meeting
to distribute a dividend of 1.60 NOK per share.
Annual General Meeting will be held in accordance with
the company's financial calendar on 7 May 2014.
Calling notice, annual report and agenda with
attachments will be distributed via Oslo Stock
Exchange/Newsweb and the company's web pages. The
calling notice will also be sent by post.
